Executive Chef Robert Zello has been a true culinary leader for over 30 years, designing and implementing innovative menus and motivating staff. He received his culinary degree from Westmoreland/Laurel Highlands near his hometown of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to starting his own company in 1999, Chef “Z” operated full-service banquet & restaurant kitchens at Fairview Park Marriott, Tysons Corner Marriott, Bretton Woods Golf and Country Club as well as Washington Golf and County Club. Kim Zello began her career in event planning and catering sales at the beautiful Boar’s Head Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia and was fortunate to also enjoy directing the catering department at Bretton Woods Golf and County Club in Germantown, Maryland. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
